The 2021 Michelin Guide is finally out! This year, a total of 68 restaurants in New York were selected, including seven new one-star restaurants, while the lineup of three-star and two-star restaurants remained unchanged. The following is a complete guide that Xiaobian summed up for you, thank you!

    3 star restaurant

Chef’s Table at Brooklyn Fare: Hidden in the supermarket, Chef’s Table at Brooklyn Fare serves Japanese-French fusion cuisine, focusing on seafood. A variety of high-quality fancy ingredients – truffles, foie gras, gold leaf, caviar, wagyu beef, etc., take turns, and this meal seems to be difficult to eat. The 13 dishes are amazing, and you are guaranteed to stand up against the wall! Tasting manu is $430.06 per person including tax and can be booked on OpenTable .

Eleven Madison Park: The World’s No. 1 Restaurant for 17 years. Reopening after the epidemic, the chef decided to convert EMP into a vegan restaurant out of consideration for environmental protection, which can be booked on Tock . The dining room tasting menu is $335 per person, and the bar tasting menu is $175 per person. The editor went to eat it once before the epidemic. The biggest impression of all the dishes is: salty, even the desserts are salty, and there is no one else. The only dish that has been certified by the editor and my friends is the granola that is given away and can be taken away after eating… I wonder if after reopening, for the sake of human health, will there be less salt?

Le Bernardin: The rice-starred restaurant with seafood, 4-course $185 per person, chef’s tasting menu 8-course $275 per person, 7am EST on the 1st of every month to open reservations for next month at Resy . After the editor and my friends checked in, they both felt that none of them reflected the deliciousness of seafood, hovering between ordinary and unpalatable. The portion of each course is quite large. For those with average appetite, it is recommended to choose 4-course.

Masa: The most expensive Japanese restaurant in New York, you can book dine-in or delivery/pick-up through Tock . For the evaluation of takeout, please see Guo Jierui .

Per Se: French restaurant Per Se is the famous chef Thomas Keller’s Mi San San in New York, and The French Laundry in Napa Valley is another of his masterpieces. 5-course $245 per person, Chef’s tasting menu $355 per person, reservations can be made through Tock .

    Two star restaurant

Aquavit: Scandinavian cuisine, $125/3 courses or $185/5 courses, available for reservation through Tock .

Aska: Scandinavian cuisine, $195 for lunch, $295 for dinner, available for reservations through Tock .

Atera: Danish chef’s innovative American restaurant, Xiaohongshu is rated as New York’s favorite by many sisters. The evaluation is also very high! $298 per person, pre-orders available through Tock .

Atomix: Mainly Korean cuisine, $270 per person, available for reservation through Tock .

Blanca: The new American restaurant in Brooklyn has not resumed business after the epidemic. You can follow the official website for the latest news.

Blue Hill at Stone Barns: Located in Tarrytown, upstate New York. In order to be able to give it a star, in 2020, Michelin has expanded the scope of the New York City Guide’s selection area, from only including City to including Tarrytown. Its main focus is “farm stay”, there is no fixed menu, and what is on the farm will be provided to the diners. The dishes are relatively simple, but I was impressed by the “four kinds of radishes”, which are four different kinds of raw radishes that were just pulled from the ground and still had soil in them. Interested partners can book through the official website .

Daniel: Located in the Upper East Side, the most laudable thing is its foie gras – extremely fresh and tender, the other dishes I don’t think there is anything outstanding, the taste is relatively bland. Dine-in and takeout reservations can be made through the official website .

Gabriel Kreuther: Located in Bryant Park, it is my favorite rice star restaurant! Whether it’s the location, the food, or the price, it’s all excellent. Now offering dine-in and takeaway, the tasting menu is $285 per person, which can be booked on the official website or app Seated.

If you book on app Seated , you can also receive 14% cash back! If you don’t know about Seated, the food-saving artifact, click here to see our detailed introduction. Plus, use our invite link to download and sign up and get an extra $15 off your first order!

Ichimura at Uchū: A universe of super-rated sushi restaurants, Omakase $330 per person, reservations available through Resy . Sadly, Uchu has been permanently closed by the end of 2021. 🙁

Jean-Georges: The former Mi 3 star restaurant was downgraded to two stars in 2017 and has been maintained. It focuses on French cuisine that combines American and Asian dishes. You can book seats for the next two months through Tock , which is better than other Mi Xingxing.

    Jean-Georges.png

Jungsik: New Korean food, $165-$235 per person, can be booked at Tock , which is very easy to book compared to other Mi Er Xing. Everyone on Xiaohongshu has a high evaluation of Jungsik, and he has a very good appetite for Asians. But my review… I think the food is pretty mediocre. “Korean style” is only reflected in one gimbap and two dishes in the sauce. Other than that, it’s a fine-dining French meal. In terms of taste, only scallop is more amazing and memorable. The same is Mi Xingxing Korean food, I personally think that this year’s new Mi Yixing Kochi is even better.

Momofuku Ko: The Mi Er Xing restaurant under the star chef David Chang Fu Tao Empire, mainly focuses on American cuisine with Asian elements, but the evaluation on Xiaohongshu is a bit difficult to describe… Ko can be booked through the official website , and interested friends suggest to do more homework.

    momofuku ko.png

L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon: Founded by Joël Robuchon – the chef with the most Michelin stars (35) in the world. Business has not resumed after the epidemic, you can follow the official website for the latest news.

The Modern: Located in MoMA, because this special restaurant location has its own aura. However, the food is not very good in my opinion. What is more commendable is the presentation, no tipping and good reservation. Interested partners can book on the official website .

    One star restaurant

Ai Fiori: Italian restaurant, now open for outdoor dining on the 11th floor terrace, the environment is very good, you can make reservations through SevenRooms or app Seated.

If you book on app Seated , you can also receive 23% cash back! If you don’t know about Seated, the food-saving artifact, click here to see our detailed introduction. Plus, use our invite link to download and sign up and get an extra $15 off your first order!

Bâtard: Modern French cuisine, available for reservation through OpenTable .

Benno: The Italian restaurant in Nomad has closed permanently :(.

Blue Hill: Blue Hill at Stone Barns is a downtown, farm-to-table restaurant available for reservations through OpenTable .

Carbone: Since its opening in 2013, it has been a hard-to-find Italian restaurant, and the New Yorker wrote an article about it ” How to Get a Table at Carbone “. Reservations open two weeks in advance for lunch and one week in advance for dinner on Resy . Interested friends have to work hard! List Jun ‘s evaluation : The bread delivered is delicious, the lobster dumplings are comparable to mackerel dumplings, and the other main dishes are normal.

Casa Enrique: Mexican restaurant in LIC, does not accept reservations, can wait for a table or through seamless pick-up/delivery. Besides the food, its cocktails are also very popular!

Casa Mono: It mainly focuses on Spanish tapas. Foodies who like to eat meat and meat should not miss it. You can book through OpenTable . List Jun ‘s evaluation : The taste of heavy oil is salty, but it is very good, it is worth visiting the store again!

Crown Shy: The chef is from Mi Sanxing EMP. He specializes in European dishes that integrate flavors from all over the world. All food lovers have high praise. There is a $65 brunch on weekends, but I just went there once and felt that the price is not high, and I recommend going for dinner. Interested friends can book a position for the next month on Resy , which is very easy to book.

Don Angie (New) : Italian restaurant Don Angie was a smash hit before it was starred, and it’s hard to find a place. Its lasagna is particularly famous, not only beautiful but also delicious. Resy will open seats for the next 7 days, and interested friends will have to fight for luck and speed!

Editor’s comment: The signature lasagna feels overrated. It is indeed high-quality, but not tasty enough to make people feel memorable. However, the Garlic flatbread of the appetizer must be praised, it is delicious! Sesame crispy biscuits, with not very strong garlic flavor and runny cheese, I couldn’t stop eating it, I destroyed most of the cakes by myself 🤭

Jeju Noodle Bar: Because Korean-style ramen is on the list, you can eat it for $35 per person. It is really the cheapest restaurant on the list! But cheap doesn’t mean low quality. At Jeju Noodle Bar, a bowl of ramen can be exquisite and brilliant. Interested friends can book through Resy .

    jeju noodle bar.jpg

Jua (new): Another new Korean food from Chef Mi Erxing Jungsik, the price is very high, I personally think it is better than Jungsik! For $130 per person, you can book a seat at Resy for the next two weeks.

Kajitsu: Vegetarian Japanese food, the menu changes every month based on seasonal ingredients. $120 per person, reservations available through OpenTable . For a detailed review of the carnivore editor, please check here .

The River Café: Located under the Brooklyn Bridge and beside the East River, enjoying delicious food with the Manhattan skyline, this is definitely the most romantic restaurant in New York in my opinion! And The River Cafe is more than just a good view, and the taste is also very good, especially the sea bass in the main course – milky crispy skin, tender and juicy fish. $155 per person, reservations can be made through the official website .

    the river cafe.jpg
